Fall 2025 Newsletter Update

As a board member of LWCF since 2012, I have visited our projects in Kenya and Tanzania 10 times. The trips have been productive, sometimes sad, and always good experiences.

On one of these trips I took my 18 year old granddaughter, and my son was on the board for several years, so I was able to see our sites through their eyes. However, our 2025 trip was different: this one was tailored to introduce friends and family to our projects. I went with my son, grandson, granddaughter, and two friends from my community.

My other son and his friend met us there, and I felt so lucky to experience the trip with so many friends and family. Watching them take in the schools and orphanages for the first time was exciting, as I could see their amazement and eagerness to get involved.

Every child deserves a chance ❤️

Thanks to generous donations Living Water Children’s Fund has been able to help the children of Dorothy Schwartz Community Centre receive the support and care they need.

Please consider donating to support DSCC in Kenya. Any gift, big or small, helps us on our mission to make sure children have their basic needs met so that they may flourish and grow.
