On March 18, 2026 LWCF had the pleasure of thanking the residents of Solivita, a senior community in Poinciana, Florida that has shown tremendous generosity in their help for our projects in Kenya and Haiti. Residents have sponsored students, bought computers, desks, and donated for new buildings. Many individuals have been both sponsors and donors, and two clubs have sponsored and donated as well. LWCF showed our appreciation by catering a luncheon to which all donors and sponsors were invited. In return, many attendees used the occasion to make additional donations. Participants said the presentations were inspirational, sometimes bringing tears, for the help these youngsters needed and were provided.
